You can set a project to “private” at any time. Doing so will prevent any additional charges. But you are responsible for any charges that have occurred before you make the project private. Refunds cannot be issued for partial months. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.

At that time payment will also be accepted and the project will be started. You will then receive a final email once the project is ready.
